To ensure that media representatives receive immediate information, Public Affairs and Communications has set up a MEDIA line (514-350-5160) for their exclusive use.

Public Affairs and Communications also has formal ties with both the provincial and federal governments. It is also establishing contacts with its partners in the health field, such as the Collège des médecins du Québec and the medical federations (Fédération des médecins omnipraticiens du Québec, Fédération des médecins résidents du Québec, Fédération médicale étudiante du Québec).
